We will be offering a mobile sports physical clinic @ Edwardsburg High School during the school day and following on Wednesday May 27th 11am-5pm for a $25 cash fee.This will be open to all current MS and HS students. If you would like your student to participate during the school day the attached consent form allowing your student to be seen accompanied by EPS staff as well as a completed MHSAA physical form and a $25 cash payment must be turned in to the office no later than Wednesday May 20th. If you choose, you are welcome to attend with your student as well. You will be sent your students' time slot ahead of time on Friday May 22nd or you may choose to walk up with your student after school hours between 2:30-5pm.
