Rental Application Procedure for General Public Use

1. Please contact the Performing Arts Center office to make sure your preferred booking dates are available.
2. Review the Facility Rate Schedule.
3. Fill out the Rental Application and the Sound and Lighting Requirements.
4. Mail or email the forms to:

Upon booking of your event a $100 deposit is required.  You will receive your final invoice, which will include all rental cost minus the deposit, after final performance.
