Registration

Welcome to Edwardsburg Primary School! If you have not registered your child at the Primary School, you can register your child by stopping in the school office to complete the registration forms. Please bring with you the documents listed below.

Documents needed:

1. Original county issued birth certificate

2. Your child’s immunization record

3. Your child’s social security card

4. Proof of residency (note: we can only accept one of the following)

a. Home Purchase Agreement

b. Rental Agreement

c. latest county tax bill

As a Michigan State Blue Ribbon school we offer a variety of teaching delivery methods which include a Multiage program and Single grade program. Feel free to phone the office at 663-1037 during the regular school hours.
