Program Options

It is our first year as a school that provides services to the students in the Edwardsburg community who are in second and third grades. Second and third grade students are offered the following options:

• Single Grade - a traditional approach to grouping students
• Looping - a program that allows students to remain with the same teacher for two consecutive years
• Multi-Age - this program has second and third grade students in the same classroom. Multi-age students stay with the same teacher for two years. Three multi-age teachers team together to deliver Math, Language Arts, Social Studies and Science in an integrated way that helps students make connections in their learning. These offerings enable a teacher to meet the needs of different learners.
