Campus Security
Educational research indicates that a safe and orderly environment maximizes student academic achievement. Edwardsburg Public Schools is committed to fostering an environment conducive to student learning in all buildings. As a result of a recently conducted security envelope analysis, the following steps have been implemented:
Building Site Emergency Plans
Building Site Emergency Plans have been developed to outline proper response to bomb threats, hazardous material exposure, civil disturbances and hostage situations and are currently being revised through a grant.

ID Badges
Photo ID Badges are required for students, staff, administration and any guests/visitors entering the building.

Security Cameras
Security Cameras are at various locations in the buildings as well as the parking lots.

Closed Campus
A Closed Campus environment is in effect at all buildings. Once our students arrive in the morning they are not allowed to leave unless authorized by building administration.
