The PTO organization can be best summed up by our mission statement:

"The Edwardsburg Parent Teacher Organization is commited to promoting the general welfare of all elementary children and encouraging better communication and understanding among students, parents and teachers."

We acknowledge the fact that our school and community must work together to enhance learning and socialization for our children. The PTO provides a forum to exchange ideas and sponsors many activities during the school year to assist the PTO board with the vaious events. With the help of many parent volunteers, we have had many successful years supporting and assisting our elementary schools.

Our first PTO meeting will be held at the Intermediate Cafetorium on Tuesday, October 2nd at 4:00 p.m. Childcare will be provided. (along with a snack and drink) Please plan to attend, as this is a great way to learn about your school and how to become involved.

Please pick up a volunteer form and fill it out and return it to your child's teacher the first week of school.  We will hold a raffle and pull a volunteer slip for a free "Eddies" T-shirt. We also offer prizes and gifts throughout the year to thank our countless volunteers.
