REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

T-1 Circuit/Fractional T-1

The Edwardsburg Public School is seeking bids for two (2) T-1 Circuits and a separate bid for one Fractional T-1 (or 56K line) and one T-1 Circuit to accommodate the phone service for the school district. The effective date of the service for either of these bids will be 7/01/03.

All bidders agree to participate in the E-rate program of the Universal Service Fund. In addition they agree to comply with all of the rules and procedures required by the Schools and Libraries Corporation and the USF.

Your sealed bids attached to the enclosed bid form should be marked “USF - T-1 Circuit Bid” and sent to the Edwardsburg Public Schools Business Office, 69410 Section Street, Edwardsburg, MI 49112 by noon on Monday, December 23, 2002. All bids are to remain firm for 90 days from the last day of the 28-day bidding procedure set up by the SLC. Arrangements to visit the site may be made by calling (269) 663-1047 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part, to inspect any/or all bids, and to waive informalities, irregularities, and/or errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law.
